I understand and agree that the deposit or payment made is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind or personal circumstances. Furthermore, I acknowledge that the deposit or payment cannot be utilized for any other purposes within the business and is solely applicable to the chosen training package purchased. This deposit serves to secure the price of the training package at the Browzacon Expo 2023 & Sydney Beauty Expo 2023.
BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles & Glam Studios), as the Seller, agrees to maintain the discounted price of the course once the Browzacon Expo 2023 & Sydney Beauty Expo 2023 concludes and payment has been completed. The Seller will not modify the agreed-upon price.
For a refund to be considered, a reasonable justification or circumstance supported by evidence must be provided. This information should be recorded and sent via email to beautytrainingmastery@gmail.
It is important to note that once the remaining amount has been paid and BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles & Glam Studios) has received the outstanding funds, access to the online training course purchased will be granted. Additionally, please expect a comprehensive delivery timeframe of approximately 8 weeks from the purchase date to receive all associated products. Customers who have paid in full and upfront will be given priority.

I understand that this deposit is non-refundable and shall not be reimbursed in the event of a change of mind or any other personal circumstances unrelated to reasonable considerations.
In the event that your finance application is declined, thereby preventing you from proceeding with the purchase of the training course, BEAUTY TRAINING MASTERY AUSTRALIA (Blanc Smiles PTY LTD & Glam Studios) will contact you. Subsequently, the full deposit amount of $500 will be reimbursed to the original payment card used for the initial transaction. Please allow a maximum of 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
It is important to note that once your finance application has been approved and Blanc Smiles has received the outstanding funds, you will gain access to the online training course that you have purchased. Additionally, please expect a comprehensive delivery timeframe of approximately 8 weeks from the purchase date to receive all the associated products.
