RETURNS

Beauty Training Mastery does not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, so please make sure you select your items carefully. Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us in writing at beautytrainingmastery@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and any photos and relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible. If you have purchased an item that is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, you may return the item to us and upon inspection, you may request a replacement or store credit.

Please ensure to keep the receipt of purchase and provide a copy with returned items.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.

ACADEMY

Once you have purchased your training, there are no refunds for change of mind or any other reasons.

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with the quality and purchase of their products. If your expectations are not met, please communicate this via email with photos and descriptions attached. Our team will resolve the matter within 48 hours. beautytrainingmastery@gmail.com
