All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready to be collected.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard: Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to be delivered.
Express: Please allow up to 1-3 business days for orders to be delivered.
Please keep in mind that the delivery window does not include processing time.
Please note – we do not ship internationally.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an order tracking number. If deliveries are delayed please contact your courier to resolve any issues. Beauty Training Mastery will not take fault for any missing or damaged items during transit. You can notify Beauty Training Mastery via email of any issues.
IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Beauty Training Mastery Head Office - 16 Millaroo Drive, Helensvale. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you to notify you when your order is ready.
Our in-store pickup is only available by appointment. We will confirm a time and day for collection.
ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
